The quest phast 2


so this time it was chocolate cupcakes with white frosting. and well I was a bit disappointed with the cupcake recipe this time, it was more of a Milk chocolate and not much chocolate flavoring (or so my taste testers told me) but even the look of it was not what I was looking for, it looked more like a muffin than a cupcake. So I need to figure out more of a devil's food recipe so I'm still off to find the perfect chocolate cupcake. But we did take some over to the new neighbors to welcome them into the neighbor hood so hopefully they thought they were good!

    Hershey's has a "Perfectly Chocolate Chocolate Cake" Recipe. We love the taste of the cake but I haven't tried it as cupcakes. It's on the back of Hershey's Cocoa powder and I've also found it online.

A not so fun support group meeting

Tonight was our monthly support group meeting.   I was actually looking forward to it, and hoping that it would be a good meeting.  I have found some really wonderful friends there.  There were a lot of new people there tonight and I've never seen it so full.   Which of course is not a good thing.  It always makes me sad to think that someone else has to loose a baby too. On Jan 24th our beautiful daughter Colette Eliza Chadwick was born, I know I'm a bit behind on my blogging as today is Feb 18th but I've finally been able to get her story written, and while it is very personal I share this story with all my family with the hopes that you too will be able to know what a beautiful spirit she is, And how blessed we are to have her as part of our family.
