Happy Halloween!

Today the kids were all excited because it was Halloween.  Sadly at 3pm it started raining,  it stopped for a while so we grabbed the kids and ran out to do some trick or treating before the rain started again.  We visited Nannie and Papa,  and Dad and we left the car at Dad's house and started trick or treating down his street.  We got about 4 houses before it just started Pouring!!!  so we ran back got into the car and visited Mom and Dad Chadwick.  But by then everyone was cold and wet.  So we didn't' stay long.  We could tell that it was not going to stop raining for a long time so we told the kids that was probably it for trick or treating but we would get them happy meals to and have some good family time before bed.  They all seemed to be find with that so we went home and changed clothes and ate our fries.  It was quite sad to see the rain come down for house after that but I think the kids still had fun.  And here they are in their costumes.   Bridgett of course didn't want to wear her's until we gave her her trick or treat bag and then she seemed to be ok.  she actually really did like her hat and got upset every time it blew off her head.

    Darth Vader looks VERY into his character! haha. Love it. And super cute witch costume. I love that the purple stripes tie in completely. Sounds like a fun Halloween.

    I showed Max the pictures of Aaron and he said "wow! awesome!" He is quite the starwars fan...Bridgett looks so cute in her little purple stripes and cape. I remember Utah Halloweens always seem to include rain or hail...but it sounds like you had a great time anyway!

    Those are great pictures! Cameron would totally to the same thing Aaron is doing! Don't you just love boys? Bridgett's costume is adorable! You did a great job with it!

A not so fun support group meeting

Tonight was our monthly support group meeting.   I was actually looking forward to it, and hoping that it would be a good meeting.  I have found some really wonderful friends there.  There were a lot of new people there tonight and I've never seen it so full.   Which of course is not a good thing.  It always makes me sad to think that someone else has to loose a baby too. However it was NOT a good meeting tonight.  I'm totally baffled how someone can sit in a room full of people who have ALL lost a child in one way or another and say that no one knows what they are going through and that what they went through is far worse than what everyone else has gone through... Yea for me personally a miscarriage would be far easier than what we did go through for Colette, but I would never say to anyone that had a miscarriage that what I went through was far worse than what they went through.  I would never dream of it!  Yet I had to sit through ...

Another Ultrasound update

Today I went to the Hospital and had another Ultra sound with Maternal Fetal Medicine.  Other than both of the babies being in kind of a funky position  everything looks great.  And the babies are not measuring small by any means!  Baby A is about 2lbs 8 oz and Baby B is about 2lbs 11oz.  But it was good to see their little hearts beating away and watch them snuggle together.  I have a little break from dr's appointments for a couple of weeks but it will be fun to see how much they have grown the next time we get to have a peek at them.
